[edit] Year of birth uncertain

There is disagreement between sources about whether Samuel was born in 1938 or 1944. His official government biography and this source list 1944 as his year of birth. However, most news reports indicate that he died at the age of 69,[1][2][3] which would mean he was born in 1938.[4]
