Charles Dollar was one of the first professional archivists and scholars to address the issue of long term accessibility of Digital Records. The pioneering nature of his work certainly establishes him as one of the scholars deserving of recognition. He meets the criteria of having made a noteworthy and permanent contribution to establishing digital preservation as a field of study.
- A select bibliography would be useful. I didn't find one one the web that I could cannibalise; I'll try and make one sometime. Dollar is indeed an acknowledged expert, and a widely published author/editor. Angus McLellan (Talk) 23:51, 29 January 2007 (UTC)
