Talk:Charismatic Episcopal Church/Convergence Movement

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Fr. Tanner has made some nice contributions about the CEC's origins in the Convergence Movement. I would love to see a separate article on the Convergence Movement, since it has had such a large influence on the evangelical and mainline churches, in addition to the CEC and our cousins in CEEC, etc. Fr. Tanner, I'm thinking you might be the best author of such an article, since you've been engaged in the movement so long (along with some other editors here I'm sure). I'm going to go ahead and create a stub for that article, but it will just be a place-holder until more knowledgeable folks contribute to it. Timotheos 18:46, 28 August 2006 (UTC)

I'll try to type up a brief paragraph on Newbigin's "Household of God," which is the origin of the three-streams idea, no matter how many Episcopalians latched on to the idea afterwards. Kenneth Tanner 20:15, 25 November 2006 (UTC)
