The referencing issue needs addressing. Article could be expanded, Village life section needs rewriting, sounds very POV and possibly a copyvio taken from a website. Mjroots (talk) 13:34, 11 March 2008 (UTC)

Have added a pic of the High St c1905. Rearranged the content into sections and edited a lot of the parochial stuff that really doesn't belong in an encyclopaedia entry. Humansdorpie 16:46, 20 November 2005 (UTC)
