[edit] Unsweetened Chantilly?
Is it really the case that Chantilly cream is not always sweetened? In the UK, and in France, Germany and Italy, it always has been in my experience. It is certainly true that unsweetened whipped cream is much more commonly served in Europe than the US (for example) but I've never seen cream called Chantilly unless it's sweetened. - I think you're right, Chantilly cream is a special type of whipped cream. I'll change the article accordingly. Markussep Talk 13:47, 4 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] whipped cream article?
It seems odd that this would have its own page, and that whipped cream would only be a paragraph under cream (though whipped cream charger also has its own page). I propose creating whipped cream, and then merging this page into it. FiveRings (talk) 17:14, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
