The description of transport in the channel was not accurate, and better left to other articles in any case. The importance of channel-length modulation was not discussed. There was no figure. Therefore, a rewrite seemed in order.Brews ohare 17:57, 13 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fixed Equation for Lambda

Fixed it from 1/VE/L to deltaL/VE/L. Should there be some discussion about where the Early voltage (VE) comes from? Or maybe there is some bjt article that talks about it that can just be linked to... and it turns out there is! GermanJoey (talk) 14:45, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
