Hey Andy Smith, your in the UK, I am a real Deputy Marshal in the US. The opening cry MUST include the orignal county the suspect was charged in and the current county the trial is in. If not the entire trial is unlawful. Please do not "clean up" things you dont know. Its been corrected.
[edit] Latin origin of the word venue
The Wikipedia entry on the word "venue" says it derives from the Latin "to come". This entry has a different Latin origin. Can this be fixed? See: "In law, the word venue designates the location where a trial will be held.
