This audio sample is of a recording of the "ABC News (Australia)" theme used in the mid-1980s, it is intended for use in the article "Australian Broadcasting Corporation" to aid and provide critical commentary on the news service. The news theme was composed and directed by Charles Williams, and performed by the Queen's Hall Light Orchestra.
