The copyright of the mosaic depicted in this photograph is believed to belong to the estate of the artist, Marc Chagall. Its depiction in this derivative work is unlicenced, but its use to illustrate the article Four Seasons (Chagall) is believed to be fair use under U.S. copyright law:
