EyeToy: Chat is a video game that uses the EyeToy on the PlayStation 2. The game is cheaper than its other EyeToy counterparts, because it can only be used with a network adapter.
In the official PlayStation 2 magazine a 'light' edition was offered for free (EyeToy: Chat Light) which gave you 100 hours free. Unfortunately, you cannot enter the chat rooms with this edition. Instead another friend's name had to be used in order to chat.
Recently, the game was shown at E3 because it will be released in North America soon. The game has been on shelves since February 11, 2005 in the United Kingdom.
