Chatterbox, or Chats for short, is a recurring character on the kids' TV show Hi-5. She is a Jack-In-The-Box with an energetic personality.
In the Australian version, Chats was voiced by Charli Delaney in the early seasons. Then, she was voiced by Sophie Katinis, Erin Marshall and is now voiced by Noni McCallum. She is good friends with Kellie Hoggart and shares many adventures with her.
In the American version, Chats is voiced by Karla Cheatham-Mosley and is good friends with Jennifer Peterson-Hind. In Latin America Chats is Chinee. The introduction to Kellie's segment is Chatterbox spelling a word (usually a three-syllable occasionally a four-syllable), then replying to say the word she's made, continuing to end the introduction with a giggle.
