Chartwell is a suburb of Hamilton, New Zealand to the northeast of Fairfield, to the south of Rototuna, and to the east of Queenwood and Chartwell Park. The suburb was named after Chartwell, the country home of Sir Winston Churchill.

Chartwell features a library, various practices, and a Caltex petrol station.

It also is home to the shopping centre Westfield Chartwell - formerly and still popularly known as "Chartwell Square". The centre has recently been expanded in a $40 million expansion project to include a SkyCity 6 cinema complex, an expanded foodcourt, a carpark building and new stores[1].

- Hukanui School is a co-educational contributing primary (years 1-6) school established in 19??. It has a decile rating of 10 and a roll of 596. [2] The school was the first to win the National Green Gold Enviro Schools Award in May 2006. [3]
- Bankwood School is a co-educational contributing primary (years 1-6) school established in 19??. It has a decile rating of 2 and a roll of 308 [4]

Chartwell Park is a Hamilton City Council owned park in Hamilton, New Zealand. It is located in between the suburbs of Chartwell and Queenwood. It features a walkway connecting these two suburbs[5]. Chartwell Park has four main entrances, making it easy to access.

Chartwell Park has a playground designed for young children. This playground was renovated in the early 2000s. It consists of swings, slides and ladders.

Chartwell Park has five football (soccer) fields. These are the home ground playing fields for St. Joseph's Catholic School's football teams.
