Charlton Horethorne is a village and parish in Somerset, England, situated five miles north east of Sherborne and five miles south west of Wincanton in the South Somerset district. The village has a population of 605.[1] The 12th century Church of St Peter and St Paul acquired its 15th century two-stage tower in the late 15th century. It has offset corner buttresses almost to the full height of the tower with small crowning pinnacles.[2]
