Charlotte Kalla (born July 22, 1987) is a Swedish cross country skier who has been competing since 2004. At the 2007 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Sapporo, she finished seventh in the 7.5 km + 7.5 km double pursuit after having lead the event after the classical style of the event. Later at those same championships, Kalla finished fifth in the women's 10 km event and also ran the fastest third leg in the 4 x 5 km relay that moved the Swedes from sixth to third in the event (The team would finish fourth.).

On January 6, 2008, Kalla won the second edition of Tour de Ski in her debut in the event.
