Charles Herbert "Charlie" Twissell (born December 16, 1932 in Singapore) is a Singaporian-born English former footballer.
Twissell's was born in Singapore, where his father worked in the prison service. Twissell and his family moved to Great Britain when he was seven years old.[1]
