Charlie Ray (born March 8, 1992) is an American actress. She is most well-known for her role as Rosemary Telesco in the film Little Manhattan. She also played the part of Belinda, a victim of an underage prostitution ring, in episode 8x07 of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. That episode first premiered on November 14, 2006. Born in New York City, she is the younger sister of filmmaker Jackson Waite of California.

Charlie Ray was born in New York City. Since the age of 3, Ray has been studying Jazz and Tap dancing in the Broadway Dance Center and Peridance, Hip hop at Kelly Peter Dance, and at Ballet at Joffrey Ballet.[1]
