Charlie Quintana

Charlie Quintana is the drummer for the old school punk band Social Distortion, who joined in 2000 as the replacement of Chuck Biscuits (of D.O.A. and Danzig), following the death of the band's former guitarist Dennis Danell.

He's been present on Social Distortion's sixth album Sex, Love and Rock 'n' Roll (2004) and Greatest Hits (2007).

Before joining Social Distortion, Quintana toured with the Mike Ness solo band and recorded with him on his second solo offering Under the Influences. He was also a member of 1970s punk band, The Plugz (which became the popular 1980s roots band, Cruzados, Izzy Stradlin & the Ju Ju Hounds and has toured with Joan Osborne, Bob Dylan and Canadian artist Sue Medley. He also briefly played with the alternative band Cracker. For a short time he was also a member of Agent Orange.
