Charlie Norris (born July 23, 1881) was an Australian rules footballer who played with Collingwood and Fitzroy in the VFL.
Playing mostly as a follower, Norris was fortunate enough to be part of two successful football sides. He started in 1910 at Collingwood and finished the year a premiership player, occupying a back pocket in their Grand Final win over rivals Carlton. Midway through the following season he crossed to Fitzroy and played in the club's 1913 and 1916 premiership sides.
