Charlie Harper (born David Charles Perez on 25 April 1944 in London, United Kingdom) is the singer of the punk band UK Subs.

A former hairdresser,[1] he was already a veteran of the London R&B scene at the time of the UK Subs being formed in 1976. He continues to tour extensively with the band, typically averaging between 100 and 200 gigs a year.
In 1980 his solo single release "Barmy London Army" spent one week at #68 in the UK Singles Chart.
