Charlie Hammond (March 19, 1886 - December 4, 1936) was an Australian rules footballer who played with the Carlton Football Club in the VFL. He is the only footballer in history to play in five Carlton premiership sides.
Hammond was recruited by Carlton from Northcote and made his debut in the opening game of the 1905 season. He played as a defender during his early days at the club but soon established himself as an excellent ruck shepherd. Hammond was a premiership player for Carlton in successive seasons from 1906 to 1908.
In 1910 he was one of a group of players who left Carlton in protest over the controversial sacking of coach Jack Worrall and returned to Northcote in the VFA. He played three seasons with Northcote and didn't play any football in 1913. Carlton lured Hammond back to the club in 1914 and he finished the year in another premiership side, making it five the following season.
