Charlie Falzon

Charlie Falzon is a former professional soccer player. He played for the Canadian national soccer team 9 times during the 1980s.
A midfielder, Falzon played the last 3 seasons of the NASL before the league's demise - the 1982 with the Montreal Manic and 1983 and '84 with the Toronto Blizzard.
Falzon played indoor soccer in the original Major Indoor Soccer League with the Pittsburgh Spirit in 1985-86, the St. Louis Steamers in 1986-87, the Tacoma Stars in 1987-88.
Falzon played 3 times each in 1983 and '84 for Canada, then twice in 1988 and a last time in 1989 against Belgium. He did not score.
Falzon has been involved with the Ontario Soccer Association, being an assistant coach of the OSA's U-14 boys team. Falzon is also involved as a coach with a girls Select soccer team at the North Mississauga Soccer Club.
