Charlie Dibbs (born April 3, 1905, died November 22, 1960) was an Australian rules footballer who played for the Collingwood Magpies in the VFL during the 1920s and 30s.

Most of his time was spent at fullback and he was a member of the Collingwood side which won 4 consecutive premierships. He finished his career with a season as captain-coach of Geelong in 1936.
