Charlie Cook

Charlie Cook is founder and editor of the Cook Political Report newsletter. Cook predicts the outcome of United States Senate and House races. His rankings are published in the report and by National Journal and MSNBC.com. Cook writes a column for National Journal titled "Off to the Races."
Cook is originally from Shreveport, Louisiana.
