Charlie Blast's Territory is a puzzle game and remake of the game Kablooey re-designed by Scott Kim released for Nintendo 64 in 1999. Including many of the same breakaway tiles, ice floors and other elements used in Kablooey.
[edit] Gameplay
The main goal of all 60 levels in puzzle mode is to blow up all the bombs on screen. There are 6 worlds and every time 10 levels are finished, the player changes worlds.
- Levels 1-10: Desert Theme
- Levels 11-20: Snow Theme
- Levels 21-30: Tropical Theme
- Levels 31-40: Jungle Theme
- Levels 41-50: Ice Theme
- Levels 51-60: Crystal Theme
Many of the levels require the player to push bombs into place so they all can explode when the red bomb is lit. Some bombs are buried in the ground and cannot be pushed.
The player can only light the bomb once each time they start a level. If one bomb remains on the screen after one bomb explodes, or if the player is caught it the exploding bombs, they player has to restart the level.
In multi-player, each player must blow up as much space as they can before time runs out.
No-one knows if there will be a sequel, and it has not yet been confirmed for release on Wii's Virtual Console.
