Charles Edward Harraway, Jr. (born September 21, 1944 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) is a former professional American football running back in the National Football League for eight seasons for the Cleveland Browns and Washington Redskins. He later played with the Birmingham Americans of the World Football League.
