Charley Attali

Charley Attali (1930 - April 21, 2006) was an engineer born in Constantine, Algeria. As a teenager, he went to study in Paris. Charley worked in Sereb, and in 1965 he received a légion d'honneur from Charles de Gaulle. In 1969, he migrated to Israel and worked in big projects such as Kfir, Arye and Levi. In 1981 he received a Pras Bitchon Israel from Menachem Begin.
