Charles Wheater

Charles Henry Wheater was a first class cricketer who played 2 matches for Yorkshire County Cricket Club in 1880 against I Zingari and Marylebone Cricket Club. A right handed batsman, he scored 45 runs at 15 with a best of 27 against M.C.C. His right arm medium bowling was not called upon. He was born on March 4, 1860 in Hunmanby, Yorkshire and died on May 11, 1885, Scarborough at the age of just 25.
