Charles Walter Hamilton Cochrane

Charles Walter Hamilton Cochrane, MCS, CMG was born in 1876 and died in 1932. He was the 17th British Resident of Perak (1929 - 1930). On 30 November 1930 he was appointed as the Acting Chief Secretary to Government, when Sir William Peel was on leave and later comfirmed his posting.
