Charles T. McIlhinney Jr. is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania State Senate, representing the 10th District since 2007. Previously he was a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 1998 through 2006. He won election to the house in a special election on February 17, 1998.
He was on the borough council of Doylestown, Pennsylvania from 1994-1996. He also served as Director of the Bucks County Office of Employment and Training.
