Charles A. Pell was a college football coach in the United State from 1902 until 1907. His lifetime record was 20 wins, 24 losses, and 7 ties.

Pell got his first head coaching job at Northern Iowa in 1902 and coached there through the 1905 season. His record at at Northern Iowa was 15 wins, 16 losses, and 5 ties. His last two seasons were both winning seasons with winning percentages of 0.611 and 0.600.[1]

Pell was the ninth head college football coach for the Drake University Bulldogs located in Des Moines, Iowa and he held that position for two seasons, from 1906 until 1907. His overall coaching record at Drake was 5 wins, 8 losses, and 2 ties. This ranks him 16th at Drake in terms of total wins and 20th at Drake in terms of winning percentage. [2]
