Charles Neill

Charles Neill was the first neurosurgeon in the state of Mississippi. He helped establish the neurosurgery residency program at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.[1] Dr. Neill held office in the Southern Neurological Society from 1958 to 1963 in the following capacities:

  • 1958 - Vice President[1]
  • 1959-1961 - Secretary[2]
  • 1962 - President-Elect[3]
  • 1963 - President[4]
