Charles Michel Bédard

Charles Michel Bédard is a former Canadian diplomat. He was appointed Commissioner to Vietnam (ICSC) then as Charge d'Affairs a.i. to Haiti then as Representative to the International Civil Aviation Organization and then Ambassador to France.
