Charles Low, 2nd Baron Aldington

Charles Harold Stuart Low, 2nd Baron Aldington (b. 22 June 1948) is a British peer, the son of Rt. Hon. Sir Toby Austin Richard William Low, 1st Baron Aldington. He succeeded to the Barony on 7 December 2000.

Lord Aldington is Chairman of Deutsche Bank London. He joined Deutsche Bank in 1986 and worked in Germany before joining the management of Deutsche Bank's London business in 1988. In 1997 he moved into a Corporate Finance role and took up his current position in 2002.

Lord Aldington was educated at Winchester College, then Oxford University (where he read Philosophy Politics and Economics) and INSEAD. His early career was with Citibank and Grindlays Bank in New York, Hong Kong, Düsseldorf and London.

He is a member of the Chairman's Committee of LIBA and of the BBA, a Trustee of the Royal Academy Trust, a member of Oxford University's Court of Benefactors, and of the Council of the British German Chamber of Commerce, and a Governor of the Ditchley Foundation.

Lord Aldington is married to Dr Regine von Csongrady-Schopf, an art historian, and they have three school age children.
