Charles Louis Eloi Pernet (??? - 1963) was a French cutler who rose to prominence in early 20th century.
Eloi became an apprentice in cutlery in 1901, and in 1920 established his own factory, called Eloi Pernet, in the Nogent-en-Bassigny region of France. He and his company received many accolades during his career. Eloi Pernet remains a major manufacturer of cutlery and other stainless steel tools today.
