Charles Kazlauskas (born 12 November 1982 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin) is an American soccer player who currently plays for TOP Oss in the Netherlands. The player is of Lithuanian-origin.

Kazlauskas left his hometown in Wisconsin while in high school to pursue a professional career in Europe. In 2001, he signed with NEC where he spent most of his time with the team's junior and reserve sides. In 2002, Kazlauskas and the NEC U-18 team won the Dutch junior national championship. In 2003, NEC loaned him to Fortuna Sittard for a season. In 2004, he rejoined NEC, moving from defender to forward. He played only eleven games that season and was released in 2005. That spring, he returned to the United States where he had trials with the Chicago Fire and the Kansas City Wizards. When neither team signed him, Kazlauskas went back to Holland, signing with TOP Oss. In May 2006, he signed a three year contract[1] and on February 3, 2008, he played his 100th game for TOP Oss.[2]
