Charles Fletcher MBE is the Chief Executive of Caledonia Media based in Scotland. An award-winning journalist and broadcaster, he operates the local radio station Jubilee FM in Queensferry. He is the chairman of MediaWise, a UK-based charitable trust that works for better journalism. Awarded the MBE in 2004 for helping extend democracy through the development of the media, Fletcher is head of the Hungarian Radio Academy, in Budapest.
