Charles Dillon-Lee, 12th Viscount Dillon, KP, PC (6 November 1745 – 9 November 1813) was MP for the English borough of Westbury. He inherited Ditchley House from his mother, Charlotte Lee, herself a granddaughter of the 1st Earl of Lichfield and his wife Charlotte Fitzroy, Charles II's bastard.
After the Papal recognition of the Hanoverian Dynasty in January 1766, he conformed to the established church in 1767. In 1806 Lord Dillon raised a regiment, namely the 101st Regular, recruited from the inhabitants in and around Loughglynn, County Roscommon, Ireland.
In 1802, Lord Dillon sold the ancestral manor of Quarendon to James Dupre, esq. of Wilton Park. His son, Henry Augustus, thirteenth Viscount Dillon, assumed the additional surname and arms of Lee.
