Charles Cuprill Oppenheimer

Charles Cuprill Oppenheimer, Past Rotary District Governor for Puerto Rico, Retired Mayor General, Puerto Rico National Guard. Served 3 times as Dean of Pontifical Catholic University School of Law. One of the Founders of Ponce School of Medicine. Two time president of Phi Sigma Alpha[1] and "Hermano Emeritus" Medal holder[2] of the Fraternity. Co-founder, El Vigia Rotary Club Appointed to Government Committees by all elected Governors of PR. He is also Chairman, PR Electoral Reform Commission. The "Charles R. Cuprill Oppenheimer Award" is given to the Graduate Student with the Most Outstanding Grade in the Administrative Law Course.
