The name Charles Burnett may refer to one of the following individuals:
- Charles Burnett (director), an American film director
- Charles Burnett (officer of arms), a Scottish Officer of Arms
- Charles Burnett (RAF officer), a Royal Air Force officer who went on to become the Australian Chief of the Air Staff
- Charles Hiram Burnett Sr The son of Hiram Burnett who was one of the four incorporators involved in the 1865 incorporation of the City of Seattle. Charle Hiram Burnett was Treasurer of the city of Seattle, commssion merchant in the firm of Stone Burnett with Mayor Corliss P. Stone and pioneer coal industrialist and real estate investor. Burnett Avenue and Burnett Park in Renton are named for him as is the village of Burnett, Washington.
- Charles Hiram Burnett Jr Seattle City Councilor and Acting Mayor of Seattle, insurance and real estate broker in Seattle. After moving to Maui he became a sugar estate manager.
