Charles G. Brooks (born in Andalusia, Alabama) was a well-known editorial cartoonist for The Birmingham News in Birmingham, Alabama, USA.
Brooks was the winner of the 1959 "Sigma Delta Chi" award for editorial cartooning.
He has served as president of the Association of American Editorial Cartoonists and has edited an annual volume of the Best Editorial Cartoons of the Year since 1972 for Pelican Books.
