Charles Bodle

Charles Bodle (1787 - October 31, 1835) was a U.S. Representative from New York.
Born near Poughkeepsie, New York, Bodle was a wagon maker by trade. He was in the Justice of the Peace. Held several political offices in Bloomingburg, Sullivan County.
Bodle was elected as a Jacksonian to the Twenty-third Congress (March 4, 1833-March 3, 1835). He died in New York City October 31, 1835. He was interred in Bloomingburg Cemetery, Bloomingburg, New York.
