Prince Karl Anton Joachim Zephyrin Friedrich of Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen/of Hohenzollern (7 September 1811 - 2 June 1885) was head of the house of Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen, Hohenzollern since 1869, and Prime Minister of Prussia. He was the son of Charles, Prince of Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen, who abdicated in favor of his son on August 27, 1848, and first wife Marie Antoinette Murat, niece of Joachim Murat.

Prince Charles Anthony was married with Josephine Friederike Luise, Princess of Baden (1813-1900), daughter of Grand Duke Charles of Baden.
