Charlene Engelhard Troy

Charlene Engelhard Troy is an American philanthropist and daughter of industrialist Charles W. Engelhard, Jr. and his wife, Jane (the former Marie Annette Reiss Mannheimer. Troy is a sister-in-law of fashion designer Oscar de la Renta.

In May 2003, Boston magazine named Troy to its list of "The Most Powerful Women" in Boston. Troy was ranked 62 on a list of 100 influential women in the region.

She is a trustee of the Charles Engelhard Foundation and has been noted as a major donor to the American Repertory Theatre and the Institute of Contemporary Art.
