Charl Myles Willoughby (born 3 December 1974) is a South African cricketer who has played two Tests and three One Day Internationals for South Africa, and currently plays SuperSport Series cricket for Cape Cobras and Somerset County Cricket Club. He is a left-arm fast-medium pace bowler and lower-order left-handed batsman. He has also been known to bowl occasional off-spin.

His 2 Tests were in Bangladesh in early 2003 and in England in 2003.

He made his first-class debut for Boland in 1994-95 and played for them until 1999-2000. From 2000-01 to 2004-05 he played for Western Province and then for Cape Cobras from 2005-06. He has also played for Leicestershire in 2005 and for Somerset from 2006 to the present.

In 2006 he was the leading wicket taker for Somerset in first-class cricket with 66 at an average of just over 25, a season which included career bests of 47 against Worcestershire and 7-44 against Gloucestershire. He also performed consistently in 2007, a season in which Somerset achieved promotion to the first division of the County Championship as well as the Natwest Pro40, and is a key member of the 2008 side.
