Principal Turner he is the principal at Tree Hill High School. He suspended Peyton for wearing a shirt with "Dyke" painted on it. When the time capsule is released, he asks Whitey if he is sure it is the one from last year. He and Whitey have to turn off the schools power. They eventually send everyone home.
He fired Haley from tutoring when Rachel Gatina pretended that she stole the test papers. Haley was fired because she was the one who tutored Rachel. He also expelled Rachel Gatina for this. When Rachel appears at prom, he tells her she isn't allowed on school property. She asks "what are you going to do, expel me?” He then tells her he’ll call the police. She walks off and tells him he’ll hear from her lawyer about the sexual harassment charges she’ll lie about. Dan Scott then gives him some alcohol to help him relax. He stopped Haley from being valedictorian because Nathan point shaved, however he later changes his mind as he has a wife and he wouldn't like her to be punished for his actions. Brooke tells him that she was the one who stole the test papers; he still lets her graduate as she is going to study fashion. At graduation he let Rachel graduate however she wasn't there.

Jimmy Edwards was best friends with Mouth, Lucas, Skills and the other guys at the river court. He and Mouth were sports announcers for ravenshoops.com. Jimmy and his friends grew apart after Lucas became more popular as he'd joined the Ravens, and Mouth became more noticed. Jimmy had no friends in the school, so he took anti-depressants. Once he came back to school nobody noticed he had gone. His best day in school was when nobody notices him. When Rachel Gatina releases the time capsule, Jimmy is seen by the school, saying how horrible everyone is. Lucas and Mouth tried to make friends with him again. They took him to the "Friends with Benefits" tour; however he was beaten up by people he slated. He was saved by Rachel Gatina with pepper spray, however she only did it because she always wanted to pepper spray someone. After being bullied he takes a gun into school and while trying to shoot a bully he shoots Peyton Sawyer. He takes the school hostage with the gun. He holds, Rachel Gatina, Haley James Scott, Nathan Scott, Abby Brown, Skills Taylor, Mouth and Marcus hostage in the tutoring center. He lets Abby go as she is diabetic and her insulin was in her locker. He told the people in the tutoring center that the next person into the hallway will be shot. When Lucas and Peyton walk into the corridor, Jimmy goes out, however he lets Lucas and Peyton go as she was bleeding from her leg. Keith Scott talks to Jimmy, but Jimmy shoots himself. Jimmy, as he predicted, is remembered as a monster as the general consensus is that he killed Keith, when in actual fact, Dan murdered Keith after Jimmy had killed himself. In season four, Lucas finds out the truth when Abby Brown tells Lucas Dan was the one who killed Keith and that it wasn't really Jimmy who killed him {Jimmy}.

Before One Tree Hill began, Larry was married to Anna Sawyer, but she died in a car crash one day when she went to pick up her daughter Peyton at school. Since Peyton didn't know she was adopted and he didn't want to cause her more pain, he never told her that her "real" mother was actually Ellie Harp and prevented her from getting anywhere near Peyton during the following years. In Season 1, he was a boat captain, most of the time away on one of his trips, but he decided to stay for Peyton after seeing one of her drawing on the THUD magazine (one with a daughter saying goodbye to a boat). He also began a relationship with Karen Roe after they chaperonned the players and cheerleaders together at one of the championships. At the end of the season, he went for another contract and also took Jake Jagielski and his daughter Jenny away from Tree Hill in order to protect them from Nikki, jenny's mother.
He was absent during Season 2 and came back in Season 3 when Ellie Harp showed up at his doorstep. He was at first reluctant to let her see Peyton (just like he was during her numerous attempts before), but changed his mind when he discovered she had (breast cancer) and was dying. He also welcomed Brooke Davis into his house after she moved out of her apartment, and advised his daughter to follow her heart to know who to be with romantically, leading Peyton to choose Jake Jagielski over Pete Wentz from Fall Out Boy, though she would eventually choose Lucas Scott. Larry is currently on another trip and hasn't been seen since the end of Season 3.

Jenny is Jake and Nicki's daughter, who is now a toddler. Once she was born her mother Nicki left her with her father Jake when she went to college. Jake raised Jenny until Nicki came back. Nicki asked to be in Jenny's life, but Jake refused. When Jake went away on a basketball tournament, she is left with Nicki. Nicki gets drunk and passes out with Jenny in the back seat of her car. Jake carries on taking care of his daughter and moves her to Savannah where a cousin of his lives to keep Jenny safe from Nicki. He comes back to Tree Hill in the second season to see Peyton and decides he's going to stay. Then Nicki turns up claiming she has got legal custody of Jenny.

Theresa was one of the cheerleaders in Seasons One and Two, who fell ill with chickenpox at the Sparkle Classic and put Brooke's nose out of joint by wearing the dress she bought at Brooke's Yard Sale on her date with Brooke's "Friend With Benefits", Felix.

Sheri Smith is Tim Smith's stepmother. She is a booster mom. She organizes Raven events. She is known as a gossip. She tells Karen the wrong time when she tells her about booster moms. She also tells Dan Scott that her son is now attending a school for slower children.

Erica lost out to Brooke in the run for Student Council President in Season Two. Despite being fiercely competitive and antagonising towards Brooke during the election, she shows herself to be a gracious loser and she and Brooke become friends. Erica dates Mouth but dumps him over the summer when she becomes popular and in doing so, decides that she doesn't need him anymore.

Elizabeth "Ellie" Harp was a cocaine addict when she got pregnant with Peyton and decided to give her up and Peyton was adopted by Anna and Larry Sawyer. She agreed not to have any contact with her daughter, but she later decided to see her and finally managed to at the end of season 2.
Ellie pretends to be doing a magazine article on Peyton so they can meet up as she is a writer. When Peyton calls the magazine they tell her there is no-one called Ellie Harp at the magazine, and they know nothing about the article. Peyton begins getting creepy emails by "WATCHMEWATCHU" and assumes they are from Ellie. Ellie shows up on Peyton's door and tells her that she is her mother, and she didn't send any emails.
At first, Peyton didn't believe her nor trust her, especially after Lucas Scott caught her buying drugs. However, it was revealed that she was dealing with a recurrence of breast cancer, and that the pills were actually of medical means. Peyton was about to change her mind after finding out about her condition but they fought again when Peyton found that she wrote an article about her. She told her to go away, calling her a liar. Haunted by dreams about her "Angel of Death" persona, Peyton found Ellie again and they bonded. They decided to make a CD to promote Haley James Scott's new song and raise funds to fight breast cancer--which they finally managed to do--but Ellie died the day the records were ready. Peyton then spread her ashes on a place where she gone to a music festival, which was the best thing she remembered aside from her time with Peyton.

Abby Brown was one of the people held captive in the tutoring centre by Jimmy Edwards. She was diabetic so Jimmy let her go, as her insulin was in her locker. She ran down the hall. She then hid in a room, where she witnessed Dan Scott killing Keith Scott. She hasn't attended school since.
She has been painting "Murderer" and other messages in red paint to look like blood on Dan Scott’s walls. She also text messages and IMs Dan. One Instant message read, "Burning up the midnight oils murderer?” At prom she left a message asking Dan, "Does your date know you killed her fiancé?” She also called Dan off a cell phone, and left it in the hallway where Dan shot Keith. She is seen at prom walking past Dan, after scaring him all night. Lucas Scott realises that he saw a girl hiding in the room, and after checking the year book, he knew it was her. Dan has the calls of the cell phone traced and finger prints checked. After the school shooting every student had there finger prints taken, so Dan now knows she is the witness. Lucas Scott then goes to her house where Dan Scott can be seen sitting outside in his car.
Abby's mom answers the door and tells Lucas she doesn't live there. However Lucas sees Abby at a window. He sneaks in when her mom is gone and asks Abby if Jimmy killed Keith. She shakes her head meaning Jimmy didn't. When her mom arrives home she tells Lucas that Abby doesn't know who she is and asks Abby "Is your name Abby?" She shakes her head meaning no. Abby is later seen telling her mom that she wants to tell someone what she saw. This meaning that she was just scared of her mom. She tells her mom that she is tired of lying about what she saw and pretending she is crazy. She also wants to go back to school. Her mom tells her that she can't, but when they have enough money they will move. When Abby asks why, her mom tells her because she said so. Abby feels she has no life. She tells her mom that she's not afraid to tell the truth. Abby then walks to the door to leave and Dan Scott is standing there. Dan tells Abby and her mom to shut up and sit down. Dan tells her that she made a mistake in what she saw. She tells him she saw everything. Dan then tells her his reasons for hating Keith. Abby tells him she hopes he burns in hell. Dan then gives her a teddy bear and leaves.
Abby visits Lucas that night. She tells that Keith was still alive when Jimmy shot himself. She reveals that she thought once Dan knew someone know the truth he'd come forward. So she stalked Dan with messages and threats to make him turn himself in. She thought she'd be safe but he found her. Lucas then asks who killed his uncle and Abby replies with, "your father." Lucas tells her she has to tell somebody, however she tells him that she has told him and leaves.

Pete Wentz is a member of the band Fall Out Boy. They played at the night club "Tric". He began to date Peyton Sawyer, but their relationship ended because she was in love with someone else.

Derek is Peyton's real half-brother (same father, African-American mother). He was the one who hung up on her as he resented Peyton because his father left his mother for Ellie. He was arrested when the police tried to catch Psycho Derek as he was Derek Sommers. He was freed when Lucas said he wasn't the stalker and followed him to Peyton's house where they rescued her. He then bonded with her thanks to Lucas. He taught her to fight back by teaching her how to box and to take risks. It would eventually lead to Peyton and Lucas becoming an item again.
However he was a Marine as the military "rescued" him when he entered a bad path out of anger against his father and as such had some obligations which would soon come to haunt him. He went to the basketball banquet with Peyton but learned the same day that he had to go to Iraq much to Peyton's chagrin. Before leaving he promised her he would be back.

Daunte is a loan shark. A desperate Nathan borrows money from Daunte in Season Four and becomes indebted to him. Daunte agrees to have the debt cleared if Nathan throws the State Championship but Nathan refuses and when the Ravens win, Daunte tries to run Nathan down with his car but pregnant Haley pushes Nathan out of the way and is hit herself instead. Daunte then proceeds to crash into a construction site. Nathan pulls him out of the car and proceeds to beat him. Dan arrives and realizes that Daunte is dead. He takes the fall for Nathan but Daunte's autopsy results show that it was the accident, and not the beating, that killed him.

Chase is another member of the Clean Teens who gets close to Brooke after Brooke and Rachel join the Clean Teens. Brooke, having achieved a high grade in a test (by cheating), agrees to tutor Chase, who initially has no idea of how Brooke really achieved this grade and the couple begin seeing each other. When he finds out that Brooke cheated he forgives her and they continue to date. Brooke and Chase attend a party at Nathan's mom's house. It is revealed that Nathan and Brooke filmed a sex tape. He then visits Brooke while she is setting up for prom. He tells her that his ex-girlfriend cheated on him with his best friend. He then tells her that it's over, but he knows how important prom is to her so they will still go together. However, Brooke tells him it's over now as she doesn't want to be with someone who doesn't want to be with her. Chase later bumps into Brooke at school. He has been calling her after he found about her being tied up by Ian "WATCHMEWATCHU" Banks. He no longer wears his Clean Teens t-shirt. It is thus seen that he still has feelings for Brooke, as she does for him. After a heartfelt confession, Chase and Brooke are back together again. In the finale, Brooke and Chase take it to the next level and have sex in the backseat of his car. Chase says "it was the best 60 seconds" of his life[1].
Four years later he is friend with Owen and comes back to Tree Hill for Lucas's bachelor party, unwittingly getting set up with Peyton, which they use to make Lucas and Brooke jealous[2]. Chase is the one who delivers Owen's thoughts on Brooke's plans. Chase tells Brooke that Owen is not returning to Tree Hill, marking the end to Owen and Brooke's relationship[3].

Shelly was introduced as a girl who wanted to prevent Brooke from having an abortion, although it was later revealed that Brooke wasn't pregnant at all. Glenda told Brooke that although Shelly was the Clean Teens' leader and a "virgin for life", she used to be promiscuous, and Brooke realized that Shelly had had an abortion after falling pregnant at a Christian camp. Shelley tried to get Rachel Gatina and Brooke Davis to join Clean Teens as well, which they did as an alibi on the night they stole a Calculus test. Shelly soon fired Rachel, as she fell somewhat short of the Clean Teens' ideals.
In "Pictures of You" Shelly called Mouth a geek. They had to pair up for an assignment, and got to know each other in the process. Mouth asked her to the prom and Shelley said yes. They kissed. Shelly took Mouth's virginity in "Sad Songs for Dirty Lovers" but left in horror at having broken her own rules.
She reappeared at the graduation party after dissolving Clean Teens; she makes up with Mouth, who later defended her from a guy who insulted her. They do not rekindle their love, but Shelly remains friends with most of Tree Hill High's girls.

Lily Roe Scott is the daughter of Karen Roe and Keith Scott, born on the 4th of June. Her father was killed by her uncle Dan Scott before she was born. Her half-brother (and also cousin) is Lucas Scott. She was born when Lucas tried to kill Dan for murdering Keith, as Karen collapsed and had to have a C-section. She is now on a world-tour with her mother. She was also the flower girl for Lucas' and Lindsey's almost wedding.

Lindsey Strauss is Lucas' book-editor and ex-fiancée. When she starts to edit his book, the two fall in love with each other. She comes to Tree Hill when Lucas has a writers block. She feels threatened when Brooke and Peyton return to Tree Hill, knowing Lucas' history with the two girls. When she tries to be friendly to the two girls, Peyton doesn't trust her. When Peyton later apologies, she agrees she can go with Lucas to the opening of Brooke's store. But when she finds out Peyton still has feelings for Lucas, she wants him to stop seeing her. After he kisses Peyton, he proposes to Lindsey, and she says yes. She asks Haley, who she befriended, to be her maid of honor and asks Brooke to make her dress. When she gets stuck in the Tree Hill Library with Haley, Brooke, Peyton and Mia, she tells them her father died from cancer and she had to take him off the ventilator because her mother was to destroyed to do it. The night before the wedding she has read Lucas' second novel. At the wedding she realizes the book is about Peyton, Lucas' 'Comet', and runs away from the altar. Four weeks later Lucas returns to her, she says she still loves Lucas but she can't be with him. She returns for Jamie's fifth birthday party. After the party she goes to Lucas' house to get her last stuff and to give her key back. She later tells him she is dating someone and gives him his book, saying he can email her the dedication. She also has a huge crush on Mouth and they've just begun dating, although there have been a few hiccups, as she is uncomfortable that Mouth slept with his boss, as well as Rachel's rerturn[2]. Later she admits to be a virgin and moves in with Mouth. When Mouth quits his job, Millicent tells him that she will move with him to his job in Ohama.

Victoria Davis is the mother of Brooke Davis, and married to Richard Davis. She is the CEO of Clothes Over Bros.
She moved from LA because her husband moves around a lot. Brooke feels that they are hiding the fact that it is a trail separation. She came up with many ideas to take Clothes over Bros. to the next level by introducing a formal line and a magazine called b. Davis. She misinterprets Lucas showing Brooke an engagement ring, as the two getting engaged. She then tells Brooke that she will have annulment papers drawn up fast. Brooke tells her the truth, and Victoria is happy telling her that she has too much to lose. She feels that Brooke should be focusing on the company and not ‘boys with ring,’ and reminds her that the company is called Clothes over Bros. Brooke then tells her that she is ready to take the company to the next level and Victoria tells her that they are going to have everything that they ever wanted. She tells Brooke that she would like her to call her Victoria, as mom makes her sound too old.
Later on she tried to control Brooke's decision over COB's future as the CEO of the brand (the opening of the Tree Hill boutique, Peyton's label) but ended up alienating her daughter by repeatedly rejecting her. Brooke fires her mother after she went behind her back to scare Rachel off[2].

Quentin Fields is a member of the Tree Hill Ravens. He harassed Haley on her first day, and provoked her to make him fail his quarter on her second, effectually preventing him from joining the revamped Ravens. He then quit school, but thanks to Haley's inability to give up on him and a speech from Nathan about how Quentin might lose everything just like he did, he is now back to both Haley's classes and the team. His shirt number for the Tree Hill Ravens is #44. After hitting Jason to "defend Haley's honor" he suffered from a hand fracture, compromising his chances to be recruited by a college's basketball team. However, after a change of strategy by the Ravens, he is now their point guard, even with a broken hand.

Carrie is a former student at Pontiac and Jamie's former nanny. Since she has been hired, she lives at Haley's and Nathan's house. She is walking more and more on Haley's turf, trying to be a substitute mom to Jamie and hitting heavily on Nathan, by saying inappropriate things, bathing naked in their pool, scheming to get Haley away from her own house and eventually kissing him. She later got in the shower with Nathan and Haley spotted them, despite getting fired she managed to manipulate both Haley and Jamie and destroy the Scott family. On Lucas' and Lindsey's wedding day, she kidnapped Jamie, with Dan watching her. She attempted to dye Jamie's hair dark brown at the motel, but wasn't able to find the hair dye. So she went to the store, leaving Jamie by himself. When Carrie comes back to the motel, and looks for Jamie, Dan surprises her and begins to choke her and tells her never to see Jamie or his family ever again.

He is Angie's surgeon and does the operation freely.
