Chaparana unculuanus is a species of frog in the Ranidae family. It is found in China and possibly Vietnam. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland, rivers, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, and canals and ditches. It is threatened by habitat loss.
