Chantilly cake
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Chantilly cake is a delicacy in Hawaiʻi, dating back to the 1950s.[1] Arguably, the most popular Chantilly cakes are from Liliha Bakery. Usually, Chantilly cakes are simply chocolate cakes with a Chantilly frosting (which consists of cream, vanilla and powdered sugar),[2] thus making it a Chantilly cake as opposed to a chocolate cake.
