Changes is the third album released by Italian band Vanilla Sky. Though it has a track listing of 16 tracks[2], the last three songs on the CD are alternate versions of previous songs. This album was also re-released with the inclusion of an extra track.

- "6 Come 6" is an Italian version of the song "Break It Out".
- "Goodbye" is an English version of the song "Se Vuoi Andare".
- "Waiting Patiently" is an English version of the song "Devastante".
- Mark Hoppus provides guest vocals on "Nightmare".
- "The Fight" is the only song on the album with profanities. (This album does not have a Parental Advisory warning.)
- "Umbrella" was originally released on the band's MySpace, later released as a single, and it then appeared on the re-issue of the album.
