Chang Kyou-Chul (born 1946-06-19) is a former Olympic boxing bronze medalist from South Korea.

Chang turned pro in 1970 and in 1971 captured the OPBF super bantamweight title with a win over Koichi Okada. He lost the belt in 1974 to Dong Kyun Yum and retired later that year.
