Chang Hwa Bank

Chang Hwa Bank (彰化銀行) is a Taiwanese bank. It was established in 1905 under Japanese colonial rule in Changhua County, and relocated to Taichung in 1910. Japanese shares were taken over by the Republic of China government after World War Two. The bank was fully privatized in the late 1990s.
